Do the prices include value added tax (VAT)?

The prices for the UK (excluding Channel Islands) include VAT. The prices for the rest of world are exclusive of VAT, as VAT is exempt provided that the products are to be sent outside the UK and VAT may be payable when your orders arrive in your country (subject to your country’s regulations).

How do I know if stock is available?
Any items that are out of stock are clearly marked "Out of Stock" on the relevant product page on this website; otherwise stock is available.

6 : Lead Time

What is the lead time after I place an order?
Usually, if stock is available it will take about a week for delivery within the UK and 10-14 days for overseas delivery.

Where can I view the products?
You are welcome to visit our premise. Please find our address and location map at the bottom of the main page. Please email us to let us that you are coming, as we sometimes close.

8 : Product Samples Request

Can you send me a sample of your labels ?.
Yes, we can. We can send you a few small different labels such as A4, A6, A1, A7, etc free of charge. However, there is a small charge for sending larger labels such as PES, PVS, PRS and all professional copper tags.
